Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including articles, text, graphics, logos, images, page design, layout, code, and the selection, arrangement, and compilation of data (such as benchmark and pricing tables) — is owned by or licensed to Spectrum AI Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view, download, and print extracts of the content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify it and you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You may share links to our articles. Any other use — including reproduction, republication, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written permission.

"Spectrum AI Labs" and our logo are our trademarks. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only; their use does not imply endorsement.

6. User-Generated Content

Where the Site allows you to submit content — such as comments, feedback, or messages ("User Content") — you retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

The Site offers free interactive tools, such as the AI cost calculator, model picker, and benchmark leaderboard. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spectrum AI Labs and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your misuse of the Site, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States to resolve any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

20. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
